Are you still fully operative during the COVID-19 emergency?

In this particular period probably you want to be sure that we are fully operative as always.

Here some FAQ about the Covid-19 situation:

Can you still ship parcels from countries with tougher restrictions (e.g. Italy)? Yes we’re shipping to and from countries as always. Is it safe to receive parcels from countries where there have been cases of COVID-19? The World Health Organization says it is safe to receive packages. Our couriers have also taken further measures to carry out a zero contact delivery process so you won’t need to sign for your package. Will I still be able to return my items if I need to? Yes. Please contact by email our Returns Dept at returns@savait.com indicating your order number and the reason of return, they will give you all the infos to return your order. Can I change the address my packages are delivered to after I have placed my order, as I’m no longer going to be in the city I was planning to be in? If the order has not been shipped yes! Please contact our Customer Services team at customerservice@savait.com they will help you to change your address.

Are the products 100% authentic?

As a market-place we collaborate with several boutiques in Italy and Europe. All of them are official retailers of the brands sold at Savait, so all the items are brand new and authentic. Each item is shipped with warranty seal and certification provided by the Brand. Savait selects accurately all his partners.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Are taxes and duties included in the price?

For all our Extra European Customers import duties are not included and prices displayed are already VAT free.

How long does it take for the shipment?

From when the order will be shipped these are the delivery times:

- USA and Canada: 2-4 days it depends on the delivery destination

- Europe: 1-3 days for the main destinations / 2 - 4 days for other destinations

- South America: 3 - 4 days

- Asia and Middle East: 2 - 4 days

- Australia and Oceania: 2 - 4 days for the main destinations / 4 - 5 days for other destinations

- Africa: 2 - 4 days

Can you provide an FTA agreement for South Korea?

We automatically provide all the documents for the FTA agreement for all our South Korean Customers. In case if you want a copy, please send an email to customerservice@savait.com and we will provide your copy.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is an e-mail address. You can complete the purchase as a guest.

I do not remember my password: what should I do?

Simply click “Forgotten password” on your login page. You will then receive a link by email, to reset the password.

How do I place an order on your site?

  1. Choose a category or designer from the navigation menu.
  2. Select your desired item and size and click "Add to cart". Once you've added all items, it's time to click "Go to checkout".
  3. Sign in to your account or proceed as a guest.
  4. Enter your address and payment method to complete your order. That's it!

What payment methods do you accept?

Why items prices are different from one another?

Savait sells items of european and italian partners, who determine prices. The price of the same item may vary depending on where it is coming from and your location.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective Savait box with branded dust bags if provided by the designer, to ensure it arrives to you in great condition.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

This varies, depending on the quantity, size, weight and destination of your items. The cost will appear at the checkout.

How can I track delivery?

Tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be provided by e-mail. If you are a registered user, you can also track your order by logging into your account on Savait.com.

For orders made of two or more items, we may provide multiple shipments. You will receive separate delivery notifications.

Why can some brands not be shipped to me?

The brands on Savait can determine where their items are distributed. Some of them may not be available to be purchased in all regions.

How to return an item or an entire order?

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases (including reduced items), writing to returns@savait.com and indicating your order number and reason of return. We will send you all the info to return your order.
Returns must be received by us within 14 calendar days from the date when you have received your order.
The costs for the return shipping and eventually import duties (if provided), will always be at the customer's charge, unless specifically stated.
The refund will be made by using the same payment method used by you for the first transaction.
The security seal applied on the items must not be cut nor broken. The items must not be worn, washed or altered and must not show any sign of use. The soles of shoes must be in perfect conditions and must not show any type of sign. Each piece must be returned complete in all its original labels, packaging and accessories.
Returns shall be dispatched inside Savait’s box.

Can I return underwear and face masks?

No, it is not possible to return this kind of products.

Can I cancel an order?

We only accept cancellations up to 15 minutes after you placed the order.
